 I incorporate trauma-informed approaches to support your healing journey. Initially I utilize practical strategies rooted in mindfulness and polyvagal theory that can enhance your everyday life. As we build trust, we can explore deeper work through Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, when you feel ready. You are not alone. Together, we navigate your path towards your healing and a better life for you.
